LZQ is an OEM factory for all kinds of shaver blades, such as Endoscopic/Arthroscopic Shaver blade P259, Bone Drill Point P227, Bone Fetcher P165, Drill Bit 096, ect.    

     We use the material of stainless steel and ceramic.

     We are capable to produce any shaver blades according to drawings or samples provided by customer with a favorable cost-performance.

The inner blade and outer blade are finish-grinded repeatedly by CNC high precision grinding machine, so the head internal and external cooperation clearance is between 0.010~0.015mm, which is the precision type. The cutting is free of burrs and wool residue. It is a high-end precision type.

Welding with super sharp edge, ultra-high precision internal and external matching, superhigh rust resistance, superhigh hardness, wear resistance, high impact resistance, superhigh toughness and superhigh strength.

For special super long tube (200～800)mm series, taper transitions to size series between (Φd-0.20)～(Φd-0.60)mm is recommended to adopt at the inner blade inner tube linking tail pipe (The conventional regular high-strength tail pipe series specification can be reference of selection &  Mass customized sizes), which can add the increase of single-side clearance at inside and outside of the tail pipe, to avoid the easy-to-make-an-interference problem caused by overlength of internal and external wall.

As long as you have CAD or 3D drawings, or samples with best using performance, or print the samples with a 3D printer, or use wood to engrave products with dimensional tolerances of your own ideas, LZQ can adopt a designated international first-class high-quality raw materials and advanced integrated production system, to do molding, superhard and ultra-fine grinding with the powerful high-speed CNC grinding machining center (3DX technology) according to drawings or samples, with perfect edge quality and dimensional tolerance up to ± 0.0005mm (± 0.5um), which is at a very good cost performance.
